Mail File from web page

I'm looking to find a script where some one would choose a file from a drop down menu to be sent to them. They will have to enter their e-mail address, choose the file to be sent and then hit submit. The script would then log the e-mail, send an email to the admin telling them which file was sent and to what e-mail and then send the e-mail to the visitor with the file requested with a default message. Any one know of a script like this I could use? I've found a couple PERL files but I would rather stick with PHP for my whole website.

Any ideas, thoughts or even scripts would be a great help!

I use templates and other classes to get my result so no tidy script to send but I can help you nobble together your own if you want.

Any help would be great. I'm just starting with PHP (first book being read now) 😉 And, not to lie, don't have the first clue aon where to start yet...

I've gotten as far as IF statements so far and they won't help much right now to writing to files and sending emails
