template engines

Can anyone recommend a simple yet powerful template engine. I am looking to get a standard way of creating pages and i felt template engine could handle this best. I still need flexability to create custom apps but i want to have a standard way of creating pages. Any ideas i have looked at this site and it seems pretty good. If anyone has built a site using a template engine and has any advice please let me know.

I use TemplatePower now, after finding that FastTemplate and Phplib are a pain in the ass. It's much faster than FastTemplate and Phplib and not as bulky as Smarty. Besides that, it's BY FAR the easiest system to implement. My granny could probably do it. The website is at:
