FTP_PUT without file component ??

i cannot to configure my server for data post that riches 2 M

i have configured my php.ini and all is good, but i still cannot to post data > 2M, and now i try to make this

i upload to server my files trough ftp functions, like ftp_put

but when i call ftp_put i got the error like "error opening C:\MP3\my\Tttt.gif ", because i dont use component file, i specify filename in component text, what else i must specify that ftp_put can understand that my string it is a file

maybe size ???
