File upload Windows 2000 IIS

Have a new hosting customer switching from UNIX to Windows 2000 w/iis 5. Functionality is breaking down on the file upload portion of the script:

copy ( $graphicFile, "images/gallery/$intCYPID" );

unlink ( $graphicFile );

causing security errors:

Warning: Unable to open '' for reading: Permission denied in C:\Inetpub\Domains\catholicyellowpages\filename.php on line 149

Warning: unlink() failed (Permission denied) in C:\Inetpub\Domains\catholicyellowpages\filename.php on line 151

I know ASP and just getting into php.

hi dotnet,
it seems to be $graphicFile is empty.
you may use phpinfo() or echo it to confirm that.
If yes and your script was working on your old linux system,
this may due to your php config is not correct.
Serveral settings in php.ini may cause this :
1/ register_globals may be off, turn it on.
2/ In file upload section, is file_uploads on?
3/ In file upload section, is upload_max_filesize too small?
4/ Also, check post_max_size is big enough.
5/ if all correct and still don't work, try to set a value to upload_tmp_dir.

if you check all above and all correct but it still don't work, it may cause by your script.
