how to upload only part of other web site

can anybody explain me or show code which will allow to upload only part of other web site from other URL.
Expample: I' d like to show Nasdaq online, how it changes on my site, and it would be fine if I could upload only part (from other financial professional site )which is responsible for this index, not whole site and include it to my page.
I only think that the only solution is to constantly upload (every 15 minutes)that site to server and read (fgets and so....)only this characteristic part and than include only this code to my page. I've heard that it is such a source code somewhere
