Porting Oracle to PostgreSQL/MySQL

Hello,

In our company we're planning from to move from Oracle to someother database, preferably PostgreSQL or MySQL. Which one do you'll advise us to use. Our database is quite large. Any suggestion will be appreciated.

supports stored procedures
supoprts triggers

mysql does not support any of these currently...
