Errors that make me cry

I have no access to php.ini, and made no change that invoked this error. Any ideas?

Wild guess: webserver is out of space on the hdd? would explain why it's on line 0.. since the script can't even run due to no space to create temp files etc.

Maybe.

Truth is.. I got no idea.
