Perl-to-PHP

I am looking for a "Perl2PHP" converter script that will convert my Perl Scripts into PHP scripts as much as possible.

Something that does the job as greatly asASP-2-PHP. Primitive will also do though.

Isn't that something that "Smarty" can do?

Smarty is a template engine, not a perl to php converter. See Smarty's Official Page
