Suggestions for message board/forum system.

I was wondering if anyone had any suggestions for a message board system that did not require a database. I have a remote hosted site where I am unable to have a database. I have found a couple but they require registered globals to be turned on, which the administrator will not do.

Any suggestions?

If you have access to Perl5 on your server, you could try this one:

It's CGI not PHP but from what I understand it's easy to install, configure and use... it's from Matt's Script Archive so it's got to be good 🙂
