what its doing

well, right now I don't know what its doing wrong. The page won't load correctly since it gets to the end and says that it sees an unpredicted $. However, the $ it says it sees is below the script and there is not one present there. I figured that the php must have something wrong with it. Any suggestions would be great...i.e. you said you saw several lines that may produce unpredictable results. clean up suggestion would be great!

I am really new to all this and having been at the computer for about 6 hours is not helping.
