mcrypt on Windows

Could someone who has 4.2.3 for Windows please check to see if mcrypt is now included? I think phpinfo() would show it.

Or if someone has successfully installed it please point me to a Windows extension. thanks.

The php.ini has it listed in the windows extensions list, but the dll doesn't seem to be included.
