Help me out with PHP programming for a website.

Iam currently having a squad ( team/clan ) for the game Delta Force. We're in the middle of buying a domain and we wish to have a good, pro and easy to update website. Things on the website will include news, team roster, team record (matches, results) and stuff like that. We're looking for someone who would be so kind to help us out and build us some sort of admin area where we can easily update this. We can provide you a server with the necessary supported languages.

why dont you do it yourself?
there are a lot of cms out there,
you can choose one as you wish

yeah but all CMS' ive used so far aren't what im looking for, so i thought it might be easier if i could get someone to help me out.
