hello

    i want to know how to execute php
    i nothing knows in php 
    or we simply run through browser or using any tool


     i planned for download accelarator
     i want to split files and get all parts parallely at a time to increase speed

     but i dont know what language to implement it
     is php is useful for this or any other
     i am waiting for ur kind reply

PHP wouldn't be good for a download accelerator (both on server and client side) because it doesn't allow the programmer to use threads. I guess you could get around it by running multiple instances of PHP....but it'd take up more resources than using threads....so depends on your platform, demand, and language availability.

              further can java & javascript  implements well the accelarator or we can use perl
              is ip routing should be done by us or separate the file and just spread it
              platform is windows xp , pc

               i am amateur in network
               i want  good guidence

I would create the download accelerator in Java (NOT Java Applet) or C++. JavaScript can't support threads, and I'm not sure about Perl.

You don't need to do any ip routing in a download accelerator...
