Well the first two seem to be saying that the script file you want to include doesn't exist. Check you're referencing it correctly relative to the script which the include statement is in.

Also looks as is there is the possibility that PHP doesn't have the proper include dir set. Check with the sysadmin, if there is one.....

Also make sure the two files are chmod'ed properly.
