I would like to know what is used to make the site listed above. And where i can find a tutorial on makeing a site similar to those ( the title boxes and menues and boxes the texted is enterend into) in other words i want a layout just like those have. Please tell e waht was used to make those and where i can find a tutorial on making a site layout similar like those

The design for both is mostly structured using basic html tables (you can start learning html at www.htmlgoodies.com, or you could get a book or use other online tutorials). I don't know what program the graphics were made in, but photoshop definately has the capability to do what you want. www.adobe.com.
