Directory Structure Suggestions

I want the users to create a subfolder:

www.mydomain.com/uniqueuser

How do I do this without mixing them in with my PHP files?

Like where will they be making these Sub Folders. Or will you make them.. Please explain more to what you want

The user will be creating them when they sign-up. The problem is, now that I have more users, it's hard to keep track of my images folders, and includes folders, ect. but i want to keep the path:

www.blastphoto.com/FILES.php

www.blastphoto.com/folder/
