Very Strong PHP Programmer Needed

I am looking for very, very strong, advanced php/mysql programmers to finish a web-based file management project for me. It is being written as a postnuke module and will have a windows XP like interface (I will supply the sample dhtml code). I need for the gui to be applied, SSL, the administration to be done, and the file sharing implemented - as well as for you to work with other programmers in integrating this with client side vb apps that integrate into the MS office suite.

Knowledge of the postnuke architecture is a plus.

I am programing Fresh File Manager 2.0 these days, and I will finished it in next week.I have much experiences about filesystem functions in PHP4.
