Is there an easy to take a PDF file an convert it into HTML? The reason I want to do this is, I have a PDF files that gets updated every 5 minutes...and I'd like to put an HTML meta refresh so my users will always have the correct info. The easiest way I can think of is to have the PDF converted to HTML and then just add the meta refresh tag.
