Help me with my Guestbook... weird error

Hey guys,
First time posting, long time visitor. I need some help with my guestbook. I am getting this weird error

Bad request: probably tried to POST a non-executable URL

The URL to my site is [URL=http://]http://www.i2l2.com/kpsna/signgbook.php[/URL]

Can someone please test it out and let me know what does this error mean.

I am currently running this under Windows 2000 + PHP 4.2.3 + MySQL 3.23.xx + Macromedia Dreamweaver MX. I will be porting my site to Linux (Mandrake) after I fix this problem and some other enhancements.

I don't get a PHP error, when I try to post something IE just gives me the page not found error...
