Help with forum!!!

Hi! I have a forum just like this on my localhost. I get an error when users is registered. It's supposed to send them an activation link in their inbox, this is the error i get:

Warning: Failed to Receive in C:\Program Files\Apache Group\Apache2\htdocs\stairway66\board\ROR\upload\register.php3 on line 517

Maybe I have to configure my PHP ini-file....or???
Help,please!!!!

You should read the documentation for the forums you are using. Nobody here can help you on the basis of your brief post alone. If you post what forums you are using, maybe someone will have found the same problem and know the solution, but probably not so read the help for your forums.
