anybody now some utilities that can show to me what happened on my hard disk last 2 hours or 2 days, i only want to now what was copied or removed or changed ????

Search for files that have changed over the last 72 hours.
Start > Search> Files Folders> Then choose modified date and specify the timeline.
(This is XP directions, others may be similar)
WindowsXP has a nice tool that creates return points, allowing you to get your system back to a certain date.
