MySQL and PHP Offline

I'm currently trying to build a web site, and what i have so far is here http://www.gx.150m.com/Test2.html
Now, i'm trying to get a PHP MySQL database website running, but as you can see i don't have my own domain or host, and my host doesn't support PHP or MySQL.

SO i was wondering is there anyway of running a MySQL and PHP database. Thnx for all your help.

The easiest way is to download apache, php and mysql from their respective sites and run the windows installers for all of them.

Installs in minutes...automatically sets up PHP, MySQL and Apache on a Windows 9x/2K/XP environment.

(hint: in XP and 2K you have to run c:\apache\mysql\bin\mysqladmin.exe after starting apache...clicking StartMySQL or MySQL-d won't work 😉 )
