Strange Error

I really can't seem to figure out this error.

Fatal error: Cannot redeclare do_header() (previously declared in /home/virtual/site82/fst/var/www/html/info.php:9) in /home/virtual/site82/fst/var/www/html/info.php on line 9

The script im running is called member.php
