COpy MySQL DB form one server to another

I have a fairly big MySql DB on a server and i am starting a new site which uses the identical DB. Well is there a way i can copy the Old DB over to my new server?

phpmyadmin to dump the structure and/or data or see

Well that definately gave me somewhere to start looking but i couldnt find any example of how to use it specifically.

In my case the DB is on a remote server and being copied to another Remote server.

Would there be any specific examples doing this? Thanks.
