Anonymous proxies

Hello,
My sites are getting much traffic from anonymous proxies.
This traffic is more or less useless and it costs bandwith.

Is there a free service like geoip that can tell me whether an IP adress comes from an anonymous proxy or not.
Or is there an IP-Listing of "all" anonymous proxies?

that was last updated in Sept, but their downloads page claims to have a newer list.

otherwise, i did a search for "anonymous proxy list" in google and found a bunch... (multiproxy.org just happened to be the first one:rolleyes: )
