I Cannot Post More That 2 Mb

i have configured my php.ini normally, all 4 properties are setted to more than 120MB, but i still cannot post more than 2MB,

some people told me that i must to check some files on my linux,
but anybody know what are this files ??? and what exactly i must to reconfigure...

If youre posting to a mysql database I think it has a default maximum of 2Mb in its config.
