no "book" or "review" in email

Hi Anyone - I have made up a post action form to a php file called "sendmail2.php" in the root directory of stigma.org.uk, but it won't send the $book or $review fields to email. Can you help?

Change sendmail2.php to this

mail($to_address, $subject, $msg); 
   header("Location: your_full_url_here"); 

?> 

Where it says your_full_url_here in the header() function, replace that with http://www.stigma.org.uk/thankyou.htm

the forum messes it all up when I post.
