Cc: and BCc: Problems

I have a problem when sending e-mails in php when sending Addresses in the Cc and Bcc fields in the header.

The E-mail is suposed to be send to two accounts (both mine for testing) the E-mail goes to the To: Person But the E-Mail to the Cc: tries to go to:

<"CC😃AVE.SHAW"@THENETWORK-UK.COM> "CC😃AVE.SHAW"@THENETWORK-UK.COM

The e-mail admin gets it saying unknow address.

quotes have not been added! My code does not echo this value.
Also the other e-mail has the correct address in the Cc: field??

The Cc: E-mail is going to an exchange server from a win 2k server.

When i swap the addresses the e-mail still only goes to the To:

you can't send mail like :
mail("cc:mail@mail.com","subject","message");

but you need write it like:

mail("mail1@mail.com","subject","message","CC:mail2@mail.com");
