Need help with strpos

I've got a small quandry that I can't seem to find a good solution for so I thought I'd throw it out here and ask (beg 😉 ) for help.

I have a string similar to this:

^B4631634002A^\FO ^]P00000{00025E00000{00000
{00087B02350110206090 ^\FM02^\FQPHR(-0.28) ^]P00000
{00007A00000{00000{00068E02350110206092 ^\FM02^\FQ ^C

I need to parse the string and find the position of all occurences of ^]. The example above has 2 of these ^] elements in it. Sometimes the string may have up to 5, sometimes it only has 1 in it.

I've been reading about strpos and it seems like it would work best but I cannot seem to figure a way around it stopping on the first occurence of the element.

Any tips would be really appreciated! 🙂

That's a easier way of knowing how many ^] elements are in the string then I was using, but what I'm really looking for is their position inside the string.
