Problem using load data local infile

I want to upload the current txt file to the table on mysql, THe table fields name are the same at the files. I'm having problem doing the fields terminate by and enclose by etc to upload the file to the database the way it's. Can someone help me out with this one. here is the file is an attach file

if $line is a line in the file that you want to insert and you want to break it into fields...

$fields=preg_split('/  +/',$line);

Note that there are two spaces there.
