Hrmm....there doesn't seem to be many commercial support options for PHP....at least not that I've found...
Where I work, we are trying to do a lot of things in PHP with PosgreSQL now. Problem we're seeing now is that everyone likes what we're doing, and the possibilities of what we can do, so now we need to make the big wigs happy. In order to give them the warm, fuzzy feeling they need to give up the "continue" signal, we need to present them with Commercial Support Options just in case all of his programmers were trapped on an island with no phone or email support.
My question to everyone is:
1) Does anyone know of any commercial support for php that can be outsourced on a case by case basis - say one of the pages broke for some reason and they need to get it fixed...
2) Same question, only for PostgreSQL. Is there any commercial support available for PostgreSQL? I have heard a rumor that Red Hat provides it, but for what I see, you need to be running Red Hat Database for them to support it.
