The script you write will perform the following functions:
1. show the user a listing of the current directory
2. Obtain the name of a regular file from the user; if the filename supplied is not that of a regular file, tell the user that this is the problem and restart the program.
3. if a regular file name has been obtained, let the user know that the file will be sorted and display a menu that will give them the choise of 3 types of sorts: reverse, dictionary, numerical. they must provide you with an r, a d, or an n to indicate which of the 3 sorts is to be done.
4. If they have not provided you with one of these 3 letters, then tell them they have entered invalid information for the sort type and then ask them again for the proper letter.
5. If they have entered a valid letter for sort, get the name they would like to use for the sorted file and do the sort; then print out the sorted file to screen for them. I have to print out this file and hand it in int he next 2 hours. Thanks and please email me and let me know.
