Fatal error: LDAP: Unknown Attribute in the data in...

I will add a user to a ldap-directory. For this i use the ldap-add-function.

I tried to use a standard ldap_add example. I only changed it to my enviroment. But i only getting back this error-message:
Fatal error: LDAP: Unknown Attribute in the data in...
I'm trying now for hours and even don't know further.
I use php with apache on a windows 2000-workstation.
Maybe someone can help me...
