Which PHP Class Library is better? PHPLib or PEAR?

Hello, everyone,

I just want to develop my new PHP project by using PHP Class Library. I noticed there are a lot of such libraries, such as famous PEAR and PHPLib. So could anyone recommend one of them and tell me the reasons why choosing it? I really don't want to change my choosing and rewrite sth after 2 or 3 months just because of my beginning selection is not careful.
