Hi all....
I'm trying to manage the formations sending of a soccer fantasy league with a form to the MySql DB...
I have 2 tables
table "team_names"
ID
team_name
team_coach
(password) to be added
table "formations"
where I store the formations
the form is
team name
and the 18 players
and the form UPDATE the team formation
I realised that the owner of "Team1" can just write a different team name and intentionally send a formation to the wrong team....so I'm thinking to add the "password" field in the team_names table, insert the password into the DB (as Commissioner I will ask every owner the password he will use..when I will have more knowledge I will make a password admin page....) and add the password field in the form;
when the coach try to send the formation he need to put the password connected to his team name in order to be able to submit.....in other words every coach is allowed to send only his formations.....
NOW...How can I do it ????????
Consider that I'm very new to PHP and the book I just ordered will arrive after Christmas......🙁
