PHP Database Layout (ERD)

Im working on a large database project envolving a mySQL database. I need to find a program (perferably free or low cost) to work out the database details such as table design and relationship management. I have looked at Smart Draw, which is great for flow charts but their database tools don't cut it. The one that I'm demoing right now is CASE Studio 2.0 at http://www.casestudio.com. The lite version is $170 though.

Does anyone have any recommendations? The main thing is to easily see the entire database structure and the relationships. The database size is going to be around 30 tables. I understand database design and normilization, I'm just looking for a program to display the relationships graphicly.

phpmyadmin has some abilities to record and show relationships etc now if you set it up correctly, not sure if it will be sophisticated enough for you but it would have the benefit that you can actually do the setup as you create the database.
