Somebody fill a form on site and do post.
and we need to know about that (in the office) as faster as possible. Within 10 seconds will be good.

Now I have only one way. Sending an email or icq.
But I think it is not very good.

Are there other desicion?

Well Email is your Best Option. Besides Making an Admin Panel type of thing. And getting all posts done on that day in a table.

The secretary recieved an email and how she can communicate with that person or maybe say anybody else in the office to comunicate with him.
If there will be 5 person online?

In the office will be something like chat with all persons online
and for every person on other side will be private chat.
Is it all right?

How to make persistent connection to server to check for new posts without meta refresh?

Why not code the client side to send messages to a database? Then code a secretary page which refreshes automatically every 10 seconds, querying the database for updates. The office staff would need to leave their browser window open all the time to receive messages.
