DataBase Search Script

Does anyone know where I can find a Search script that will search a .xls, .csv or txt file, I have found some by doing searches but they all cost to much looking for something free or under $50.

Any suggestions would be greatly appresiated.

I don't know if this will do what you need but it's the best search script I've seen by far, it does files and databases and displays the results in a google style:

Thanx, for the reply I will have to check it out.
But for now I found one that does what I am looking
for and it is really awsome although I paid $60.
