refreshing the page

im a n00b with all this php stuff, i am making a script that needs
to update the page everynight at midnight, not as soon as it is added into the db
dont ask me why, this is what my boss needs i asked why, no awnser
can somebody please tell me if this is even possiable
like they enter a gallery into the db, but the index page does not
show the new galleryies until midnight..... see what i need?

You will need a cron job (search these forums for "cron" and you'll get a lot of information about what these are how they work and how to use one to trigger a PHP script at a certain time). Basically there's a program that sits running in the background of the system that regularly looks at the clock, looks at its schedule, and sees if there are any jobs listed there to see if they should be done at that moment.

cron is a Unix beast, but there is a corresponding thingy for Windows systems (I forget what it's called right now).

It's very simple:
1. Add ShowAt field to this table
2. When inserting data fill this field
3. When selecting data use something like "select from xxx where ShowAt<=now()"
