Restoring Database

Im having problems uploading my old database. When I try to upload the test file, I get a timeout error.

I beleive that I can copy and paste the .sql into the box (Run SQL query/queries on database)
I would like to know does this writing have to stay (SELECT * FROM downline_users WHERE 1) and paste beneath it, and when I paste the .sql there are about 10 colums that are # out, do these need to be entered as well.

If guess you have a backup also created through phpmyadmin (I assume that you are using phpmyadmin)

If so, then no, obviously not 🙂

You want to run the 'restore' queries and nothing else.
