how to make two submit buttons

Hi there....

I have a form that I want to add two send options to:

Click on one button, the form is submitted and finalized
Click on another button, the form is contined to a second portion of the same form, carrying the variables from the first form they fill out, with additional blank fields to complete.

I can make a submit button that does either or, but I don't know who to add both buttons at the same time in one page.

i do this by this way ! maybe it is not so professional but this is workable, check this !!
