Writing results based on the popularity

Hi, this one is probably in every textbook, but nonetheless I'm stuck here.

I need to draw a list of links based on their popularity, starting with the most popular and limit them to say only 10 links. I do have a fireld in a table that keeps track of the HitsOut.

Does anyone have a suggestion of how to go about it.
