crontab problem

I wrote a cron tab function but now I get this
X-Cron-Env: <SHELL=/bin/bash>
X-Cron-Env: <PATH=/sbin:/bin:/usr/sbin:/usr/bin>
X-Cron-Env: <MAILTO=[e-mail]>
X-Cron-Env: <HOME=/>
X-Cron-Env: <LOGNAME=root>
Has any one delt with this before

I wrote a php code that edits the crontab but now when crontab runs I get the above message and it affects crontabs running. Any one have any ideas. or where I went wrong.
