Add PHP Modules with Apache server in windows 2000?

I work with Apache1.3 that use PHP CGI binary.the operation system is windows 2000. I want to add GD library to PHP now, but I do not know where the php.ini located and how to modify it.I already download the DLL file now.Please give me some ideas for this issue.
