need help passing checkbox values in a form

Why won't this work?
I am having trouble passing the $style array to two different functions. The preview_info function seems to work when the $style array is passed to it. But not the send_info function...
i need to it to print all the elements after the echo "Sent: "; line, in the send_info function, similar to the preview_info function.

sorry, here's what i basicly wanna do:
in the add function, have a form with checkboxes like
[ ] Rock [ ] Classical [ ] Alternative [ ] Pop

then in the preview_info function, print out what the
user checked. so if they checked Rock and Pop, it would print:
Checked: Rock, Pop

then in the send_info function, it'll do the same thing...but will print:
Sent: Rock, Pop
