php and javascript url link issue

hello everybody,
i'm having problems sending information to the next page..the following code is where the problem is and i suspect it has to do with the format.. can someoen correct this form me.. thanks..

What is the url on the page it is sending you (classifiedmail.php). Does the url say www.yourdomain.com/classifiedmail.php? or yourdomain.com/classifiedmail.php?ecmd=

I'd say the problem may possibly the space here

classifiedmail.php? ecmd='$ttoemail'

should be

classifiedmail.php?ecmd='$ttoemail'

But another thing to look at is

'classifiedmail.php?ecmd='$ttoemail'

starts with single quote, next single quote is after the = sign. So my guess is if I could show this to you in segments, it's being translated as

classifiedmail.php? ecmd=

next segment: $ttoemail

is $ttoemail two words? If not, I'd try getting rid of the single quotes after the equal sign like so

'classifiedmail.php?ecmd=$ttoemail'

problem still remains.. i still cant send $ttoemail to the next page.. i verified that the field hidden value does hold the email address but cant seem to send it to the next page. i can see the other data being sent on my status bar their's something wrong with lien 4 and 5..

this is what i have as of now but still not working..

Does the page produce either a parse error or on the bottom left of your browser say page error?

If not, then I'd assume $ttoemail doesn't have a value. I'd try echo'ing $ttoemail on the page first.

Or are you trying to get the value from that hidden input field ttoemail to pass to the next page in the url? If so, why not just use the value for $t_email since that's the value for your hidden input (ttoemail).
