Dialog box or similar?

hello!
I'm new in PHP....is there dialog box in PHP or similar?
I need them in a page with a lot fields to fill, and if one of them isn't rigth, i'll show a window saying it.
I know that i can reload the page and integrate the error message, but i'd like to know if it exist in PHP.

PHP runs on the server, so it's not able to display a dialog box. Instead, use both JavaScript and PHP to error-check. JavaScript will catch the stupid errors before the user submits them, and PHP will catch the errors of those who don't have JavaScript enabled.
