Form questions--need help

I am setting up a form on my webpage that will allow a user to check some boxes in order to compare cell phones. However, I am having some problems trying to figure out how to get the form to access my database to retrieve the phone info that corresponds to the box that was checked. Can anyone help me get started here. All help is appreciated.

do you want dynamic check boxes or check the boxes then click a submit button?

I would like to have dynamic checkboxes.

i am a newbie as well, however from my limited knowledge i believe you must use javascript on click functions for the dynamic portion(correct me if I am wrong anybody)

i wish i could help further and write a little code, unfortunately I am at work and limited to what I can do...boss close to me 🙂
