What recomended software list do I need to set up a web-server for a medium sized company?

Red Hat 8, Apache, SSL, PHP, MySQL?

Any sugestions?

I'm leaning towards BSD. Had too many problems with Linux.
Apache/PHP with GD/mySQL/Perl/phpMyAdmin/ImageMagik

That should get you started.
