I'm looking for something , written in PHP , allowing multiple lists where every subscriber can Mail all others, and allowing them to create new lists, like Yahoo Groups service. or better than

There are several scripts like what you describe on http://www.hotscripts.com

Rather than keep writing "urgent" have a look around.

If you are indeed depserate, then perhaps you should consider contracting a programmer to write something for you.

Mail scripts arent all that hard - especially as there are so many out there you can use as a base.
